Date discrepancy for CLE #41270

Today I watched the webinar, Using Artificial Intelligence Ethically (#41270). The course description and the certificate indicate that it was recorded 9/15, however the materials provided as a PDF are dated in January. Kentucky only gives CLE credit for the current year if the recording date was after July 1, 2025. Can you please confirm the date the program was presented live?

Hi Luella,
This was re-processed and we have already applied for it in KY. You need to complete your affidavit and you will receive a certificate showing the program is currently applied for status. Once we have the approval you will receive an updated certificate with the KY approval code on it.
