Learning Center Feature Requests

I work in the service center and members have voiced their issues with not being able to add free member courses to their accounts without having to start them. I also had a member who stated that once starting an on demand course, his progress was not saved when he exited the course and required that he start the course from the beginning.

It would be nice if you could mark a course with a bookmark, or "Favorite" or "Want to View" so if a user is combing through the list to identify potential courses she can keep track of the ones that pique her interest.

I attended Time Management for Newer Lawyers, which listed the participants on the panel, but did not link to their bios or LinkedIns. Recommend that everyone we have on speakers have some additional material or LinkedIn for every speaker as a requirement for publishing.

I an not sure if this is a request for a feature or a glitch. The one live sample course is obviously a video (since one of the speakers passed away a few weeks ago). One problem with old system was that after the course is co9mplete, it takes some time for ABA to have it on demand. This was the case with a CTA program last year that was presented in December, but then not available for weeks on demand.

When I went through the process of paying for a course (and used the code to get it for free -- that part worked fine, although it would have been better had it not continued to suggest it needed a credit card on that page), it took me to a receipt for the program I'd just purchased. My concern is that it was not entirely obvious what I was supposed to do next to get to my course. I did figure it out by poking at something that looked like a link, and it was, but I suspect many of our users will get frustrated before they'd do that like I did. You should include a very obvious "Click here to go to the course you just purchased" prompt.

It would be nice to have a button or option to share a program directly to my social media feed(s) if I find a particular program I think others in my network would benefit from or enjoy.

My firm uses a tool to track attorneys CLE credits. It would be great if the ABA would connect to that so I don't have to manually submit my certificates to our CLE administrator.
