You block users from skipping ahead, presumably to ensure that viewers watch the entire program. This should be removed EXCEPT when the viewer is actively seeking CLE credit. First, not all ABA members need or want CLE credit for everything they watch. Sometimes, viewers are seeking guidance on a specific topic and should be able to navigate to the relevant point in the program. Second, sometimes your webcasts fail, as it just did for me. Your records of my progress in the program were wrong, and I am being forced to re-watch a significant portion of the program that I already watched. This is a waste of valuable time. Please make your services more user-friendly.
